About Christine Schmotzer, MD

Christine Schmotzer, MD, is Director of the Clinical Chemistry Laboratory in the Department of Pathology at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Dr. Schmotzer received her B.A. in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University in 1999. She then completed her M.D. at CWRU School of Medicine in 2004 and went on to complete her Pathology Residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She returned to Cleveland in 2009 and is excited to be a part of the University Hospitals Health System.
